What if you had the power to warp reality itself, to change the structure of buildings, places, things, people and freeze time temporarily?

What if every time you did it, you grew increasingly insane?

Saving people in a universe with no one else with superpowers is hard work. It takes a lot of effort, a lot of travel to keep the mysterious government organization known as O13 from capturing her. She'd like to try and find out how she got her powers or who her family is, but at some point the insanity that came from using her powers drove out tons of her memories. While she can clear her head from voices and nightmares and periods of hallucinations by not using her powers, things just keep coming up that require her to do so. It's not in her to let people die. As she traverses the country on her motorcycle, she's falling apart more and more. Things seem endless and yet she can't recall very much, food and money is always a problem unless she wants to literally sacrifice her ability to think for bare necessities. She's learned how to live off the land, steal in small amounts and most importantly, how to survive those moments her powers knock her out cold.

So why not surrender to the O13? Because she's seen what they do to people. Some of their own agents, called Lethals, have the same power she does. And something is horribly wrong with them. They regain the ability to form permanent memories, but something the O13 did to them makes them loyal, makes them nothing but slaves to a very dubious cause. The number of times she's run into the O13 unintentionally when they're involved with crime points to a very dark grander scheme. But nobody is going to believe her unless she has proof, so she jots it all down in a notebook, to keep her going on her crusade to save people not just from each other, but from whatever the O13 are planning. Though her origins are unknown to her, she loves people. She loves life. She wants people to be safe and sound, and puts herself on the line a lot more than is probably wise, because even with everything forgotten, she'll always be herself, and it's in her nature to love, protect, be brave and take risks.
